Kayak fishing trip, Wisconsin -

I went out today to the Fox river to try to catch some Catfish, since it has become a new interest of mine to pursue them. What a gorgeous spring day here in Wisconsin!
I had to take some photos of the blue skies and great scenery, I even caught a picture of a hawk enjoying the weather.
The Catfish didn’t cooperate, so I decided to cast for whatever would bite. Bam!…my first toothy critter of the year, a small but healthy Pike. He put up a feisty fight in the cool river waters and made my day.
